December 2023 – NuMark Credit Union proudly announces its continued support to Wreaths Across America, reinforcing its commitment to honoring and remembering the sacrifices of veterans.
In 2023, NuMark Credit Union, has been able to make donations totaling $4,192, resulting in the placement of 493 wreaths. This brings the total donations to date from NuMark Credit Union to $42,806, a total of 4,444 wreaths. This has been made possible through donations made in the branch lobbies, online, and flag sales throughout the year.
Wreaths Across America is a national non-profit organization that coordinates wreath-laying ceremonies at veterans’ cemeteries across the United States. The program’s mission is to Remember, Honor, and Teach by ensuring that every grave is adorned with a wreath during the holiday season.
National Wreaths Across America Day will be held on Saturday, December 16. NuMark Credit Union encourages its members, employees, and the local community to participate in the wreath-laying ceremonies at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
