I am pleased to share that 2025 was an exceptional year for NuMark. Our purposeful growth was fueled by strategic investments designed to enhance our members’ banking experiences and uphold our ongoing commitment to supporting our staff. As we focused on innovation and member service throughout the year, we sought new ways to enrich our members’ financials lives.
We significantly enhanced digital member engagement, resulting in increased participation and interaction across our online platforms. Our new and advanced digital banking platform provides 24/7 access to financial tools that make managing money fast and more efficient. Members can open personal, youth, and business accounts online, receive around the clock support from our chatbot assistant, MEL, and experience a more streamlined lending process. These investments improved speed and convenience for members and contributed to strong growth in our assets, loans,
and deposits.
NuMark experienced remarkable growth in 2025, driven by a clear vision and dedication to meeting the evolving needs of our members. The acquisition of Lemont National Bank expands our branch footprint and gives members more options for managing their finances in person. The conversion to our systems will be completed later this year, and we are excited to welcome Lemont’s staff and members to NuMark and the credit union movement.
Equally important to our success is ensuring employees feel supported in their roles so they can provide the best
service for our members. NuMark remains committed to offering professional development opportunities that align with our values and mission. By investing in resources that allow staff to excel and grow, we have strengthened retention and increased employee satisfaction.
As part of this commitment to staff, we continue to foster a culture where they feel valued for who they are in and out of NuMark. We actively seek opportunities to strengthen communication and collaboration between coworkers and other credit unions. More than one-third of our staff participate in our Employee Resource Groups, serving as a powerful asset in NuMark’s cross-departmental engagement. Employees are also encouraged throughout the year to attend Illinois Credit Union League-hosted events to connect with coworkers and other credit union professionals.
NuMark’s achievements reflect our team’s commitment to the credit union mission. I am proud of what we accomplished in 2025, and I am excited about the path ahead for our NuMark family. We will continue to focus
on growing to serve our members’ needs now and in the future.

NuMark had an extraordinary year in 2025, defined by growth, generosity, and purpose. Thanks to our strong performance, the Board of Directors was proud to return $1.4 million in cash bonuses to our members. This achievement reflects the dedication of our passionate staff and leadership team and, above all, the unwavering support of the members we are honored to serve.
Our commitment to “people helping people,” came to life in our communities. NuMark employees volunteered more than 2,840 hours across 120 events, supporting local families, fighting food insecurity, and strengthening partnerships with organizations like the Northern Illinois Food Bank (NIFB). As one of our partnered local charities, we were proud to help out NIFB for another year by providing more than 33,000 meals for neighbors in need.
We were equally proud to honor those who served our country through record-setting fundraising for Wreaths Across America (WAA) and our continued support of the Honor Flight Network. In 2025, NuMark exceeded our fundraising goal for WAA by 133.6%, sponsoring more than 900 wreaths that were placed at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, ensuring our veterans receive the recognition they deserve.
NuMark is committed to empowering people with the knowledge and confidence to live their best financial lives. In 2025, we offered several free seminar series on relevant topics such as first-time homebuying and fraud prevention. We also partnered with CityPoint Community Church to deliver the Money Summit Financial Empowerment Workshop and worked with the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce to provide a Business Planning Workshop.
Our community outreach extends beyond education and sponsorships. In the spring we hosted our annual Shred Day events at multiple NuMark branches, providing free document shredding and electronic recycling to help keep community members’ personal information safe. We also strengthened our presence by participating in events like Plainfield Pridefest and the Aurora Mexican Independence Day Parade where staff could connect directly with our communities and build relationships.
