In 2023 my spouse and I decided to look for and purchase a town home and sell our long-time family home in Tinley Park.  I met Susan in August 2023.  I shared our plan to (1) first purchase our town home and then (2) sell our Tinley Park home- in that order.

Susan explained the mortgage loan options and the financial details I would need to present to her to initiate the mortgage pre-approval process. Our pre-approval was approved. Susan updated the pre-approval loan amount and renewed our pre-approvals as we looked for our town home.  When I had questions, Susan quickly replied to my calls and text messages.

When our purchase offer was accepted Susan went to work on getting our mortgage loan approved. The day before our close date, there were some details that had not been resolved. We were in danger of not purchasing our forever home. Susan was on a weekend family vacation. I sent Susan a text. Susan took charge. She was able to get the issues resolved in time for our loan to be approved.

Susan guided us and the title company (in person) with additional loan issues on our closing date. Due to Susan’s diligent and determined efforts, step by step, our NuMark mortgage loan was approved, and we moved into our forever home.  Susan also guided us on how we could pay off our NuMark loan early- saving 1000s of dollars based on her guidance.
