Each year on the last Friday of July, credit unions across the country celebrate #ILoveMyCreditUnion Day with a social media blitz where credit unions and their members share stories of how credit unions have helped them or their communities. It’s a day dedicated to spreading positivity and raising awareness for the credit union movement and its philosophy of “people helping people.
This year, #ILoveMyCreditUnion Day will be held on Friday, July 31, 2026.
