Important Home Banking Information for NorthStar Members

As a part of our upcoming system conversion with NuMark Credit Union, online and mobile banking services are being enhanced.  We are excited to bring you a new solution that provides even more tools to help you achieve your financial future, faster!  (Scroll to the bottom for a sneak peek!)

Important Dates & Times
NorthStar’s It’s Me 24/7 online and mobile banking has been brought down as of Friday, February 26, 2021 at 3:00 a.m. Services will be restored with NuMark Online at approximately 3:00 a.m. on Monday, March 1, 2021. To login to NuMark Online, visit the navy-colored “Member Login”  button at the top righthand side of the NuMark Credit Union website.

Username
Your online banking username with NuMark Online will be the same username you used with It’s Me 24/7.  You may be prompted to change this when you initially login to NuMark Online.

Password
Your online banking password WILL be changing.  A letter containing the format of your temporary initial password should arrive in your mail box on or around Monday, February 22, 2021.  You will be prompted to change your password when you initially login to NuMark Online.

Online Bill Pay
Great news!  Once you login to NuMark Online or Mobile, you will find that your online bill pay information remains the same.  All of your scheduled payments and payees will carry over, so there will be no need to re-key any information.

Quicken®, QuickBooks®, Mint®, and TurboTax® User Info
Quicken® and QuickBooks® users will need to perform a final download of transactions from NorthStar Credit Union’s online banking by the end of the day on Thursday, February 25. 2021.  Additionally, Mint® and/or TurboTax® users will need to update their Mint® and/or TurboTax® account to reflect their NuMark Online information on or after Monday, March 1, 2021 once they have successfully completed their initial NuMark Online login.
