A Message from our CEO Lloyd Fredendall

Here is a message to our members from our newest President and CEO, Lloyd Fredendall.

In my role as CEO of the newly combined organization, I want to enhance the continually reinforce the idea of members first and everything we do. Our intent is to provide top-notch service and as an owner of the credit union, your participation in our affairs is not only wanted but important to our success. We intend to seek out and implement opportunities and technologies that will eliminate, or at least materially reduce the friction that our members may experience.

Simply put, we know that we don’t exist without the support of our members. We fully understand that the organizational success cannot come if we don’t deliver the products, services and processes that will really and truly help our members succeed in their financial goals.

We’re here to help people for a lifetime. I firmly believe that if we keep the Member-First philosophy as our guiding principle, no matter the obstacles, we will always be successful in our efforts.
