NuMark Credit Union would like to give a huge “Thank You” to each member who recently filled out a Financial Health Survey.
The credit union recently partnered with Attune, a data and measurement platform, and sent out a survey to a random selection of members, asking them to fill out a survey to assess their financial health. The survey was meant to help NuMark see where members might be struggling with their finances, so the credit union can figure out the best way to help improve the financial lives of its members. In addition to the survey helping NuMark better serve its members, for each survey completed, NuMark added $1 to its donation to Wreaths Across America (WAA), with a total donation of $570 from the survey alone.
WAA is a nonprofit organization started in 2007 that raises money for wreaths that are placed at each gravesite in military cemeteries across the country. NuMark has been a proud supporter of WAA’s mission for 14 years, with several volunteer board members being veterans themselves. In the time since NuMark began partnering with WAA, the credit union has raised a total of $43,387 and sponsored 4,478 wreaths.
“We’d like to say thank you to all of our members who completed the Financial Health Survey. The insights that we’ve gained will help us best serve our members’ needs,” said Kari Endres, Vice President of Marketing at NuMark. “We were also able to donate $570 to Wreaths Across America, which is a project that we’ve supported for many years. It is important to honor and thank our veterans and their families for all that they have given us.”
As a credit union, NuMark believes that community outreach and involvement is of the utmost importance for a successful business and that honoring and supporting our veterans is part of that mission. That’s why the credit union participates in yearly fundraisers for WAA, Flags In Day at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, the Honor Flight network, and more!
NuMark is immensely grateful to everyone who filled out a survey, allowing them to have a better understanding of their members’ needs, while also being able to donate to an important cause. The credit union is looking forward to more opportunities to help our veterans and surrounding communities in the future.
