Online and Mobile Account Deletion Request
NuMark Credit Union values your privacy. If you wish to delete your online banking and/or mobile application data, please complete the form below.
Please note that when your account is deleted:
- You will no longer be able to log in to the online banking or mobile banking application.
- You will not be able to see electronic copies of past account statements.
- Please download the electronic copies of past account statements before you request an account deletion.
- If you have opted in to receiving electronic statements and/or tax documents, your preferences will be changed to receiving paper statements and documents. Please refer to the fee schedule for information regarding paper statement fees.
- Any activity you previously set up within online banking or our mobile app will be disabled and/or deleted.
- This includes account alerts, bill pay payments and payee information, internal transfers, external transfers to other people or accounts, scheduled and recurring transfers, as well as any history for any of these services. Please save any bill payment history or data you wish to preserve before you request an account deletion.
- Your NuMark deposit and loan accounts will remain open and unaffected. This form is only deleting your online and/or mobile banking profile.
- Your request will be processed within 2 business days.
- By removing your online/mobile banking account you may not meet the requirements needed to earn the rebates and perks associated with your account. These could include a higher rate of return, rebates, and other perks that require electronic statements and monthly visits to your online/mobile banking account.
