Q: Are debit card alerts in online and mobile banking sent in real-time?
Debit card alerts are near real time.
Q: How do I set up debit card alerts not related to my debit card (low balance, deposit, payment reminders, etc.)?
This can be done through our online and mobile banking platforms.
Desktop: Click Tools → Alerts. Choose “Accounts” to set alerts such as balances, transaction alerts, loan
payment reminders, etc. Choose “Authentication” to receive an alert each time online banking is accessed.
Choose “Transfer” to receive alerts when an external transfer account is added, for example. Set as manyor as few alerts as you’d like and know that you can change your preferences at any time.
Mobile: Log into the app. Tap More → Tools → Alerts. Q: How do I set up my NuMark debit card alerts?
Desktop: Go to Accounts → Manage my Debit Card. Click on the pictured card you want to set up alerts
for. Choose “Alerts” and then Controls → Manage Card Alerts. Toggle the switch to be alerted to all debit
card transactions (highly recommended) or choose alerts for particular transaction types.
Mobile: Log into the app. Tap More → Accounts → Manage my Debit Card. Scroll to “Accounts” and then tap “Controls”. Tap “Manage Card Alerts”. To set alerts for all debit card transactions (highly recommended), toggle the switch on. Instead, you can choose to receive alerts based on transaction amount or type.
Q: When should I start using my NuMark Debit Card?
Your NuMark Debit Card will begin working between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM on Monday, July 10th. Your Pioneer State Bank debit card is no longer active, so you can properly destroy this card or bring it to a branch location for proper destruction.
Q: When should my new NuMark Debit Card arrive?
If you have an active Pioneer State Bank debit card, your NuMark debit card will arrive sometime during the week of June 18th or June 26th.
Q: What should I do once my new NuMark Debit Card arrives?
Activate your NuMark debit card and set your PIN number upon receipt. Keep your NuMark Visa debit card safe until Monday, July 10, 2023, when your card is linked to your NuMark checking account.
Q: I didn’t receive a new NuMark Debit Card, what should I do?
If it is after the week of the June 26th and you haven’t received your debit card, visit us on or after July 10th and we will issue a new card for you on the spot.
Q: Can I manage my NuMark debit card on my own?
Yes! On or after July 10th, register for mobile banking using the NuMark Credit Union Mobile App. Be sure to register for Card Controls so that you can receive real-time transaction alerts and have the ability to turn your card off if it is lost.
Q: What ATMs can be used for free?
Any NuMark CU ATM, Allpoint ATM, or CO-OP ATM can be used without an ATM fee.
