Official Contest Rules

• The promoter is NuMark Credit Union whose registered office is at 1654 Terry Drive, Joliet IL 60434.
• Employees of NuMark Credit Union or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to enter this competition.
• The opening date for this competition is Wednesday, the 1 of September 2021 at 10:00am. The closing date for entry for this competition is Saturday, the 16th of October 2021 at 11:59pm central standard time.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
• The winner will receive one Chicago Bears Tailgate Fan Package. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• Winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and its agents.
• Once the entry period has ended, the winner will be notified with instructions to contact us within 24 hours. If the winner fails to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the notification message and does not claim the prize, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a new winner.
• The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• This Competition is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to NuMark Credit Union and not to Facebook. The information you provide will be used for this competition only and will not be shared with any other party outside NuMark Credit Union and will not be used for other purposes in future dealings.
