Coming mid-August 2025, NuMark members will be introduced to a brand-new digital banking experience powered by Alkami! This reimagined online/mobile banking platform is designed to deliver an intuitive, personalized user experience that makes self-servicing your accounts from your smartphone, tablet, or computer easier than ever before.
Before our new digital banking platform launches, please take a moment to verify your contact information within your current NuMark mobile app (physical address, mobile phone number, and primary email). This will make things easier for you when you transition to the new platform.
Step 1: Log into your NuMark mobile app.
Please Note: While updating your contact information, take note of your current digital banking username. Current digital banking users will need that information to successfully log into the new platform come mid-August.
Step 2: Tap on the Settings gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Select “My Settings“.
Enter in your mobile phone number or personal email address to have a verification code texted or emailed to you. Input that special code to access your personal information.
Step 4: Click “Edit” in the Contact information section to make any necessary changes to your physical address or mobile phone number. After your changes are made, click the orange “Save” button to save any changes you have made. Do the same in the Primary email section if needed.
