NuMark employees, along with several family members and friends, recently walked to represent the credit union and support the communities of Paw Paw and Sublette at their Labor Day Parade and 170th Anniversary Celebration, respectfully.
NuMark first had the opportunity to walk in Paw Paw’s Labor Day parade on September 2. Many employees brought along family members to join in the parade to show their support for Paw Paw and handed out candy and fun NuMark branded merch to the crowd that came to watch.
The second event that NuMark employees and family members had the chance to take part in was the 170th Anniversary Celebration of Sublette on September 7. Many employees walked in the parade with family members handing out candy and frisbees to the community members along the parade route. Another group of employees gathered in Sublette earlier that morning to partake in the Anniversary Softball Tournament. Although we didn’t get far in the tournament, there was a lot of fun had by all who were on the Base Robbers team. Despite the loss, it was a wonderful and exciting day for everyone involved.
NuMark would like to sincerely thank the towns of Paw Paw and Sublette for allowing us to participate in these two events and further strengthening our relationship with those communities. The whole credit union looks forward to being able to join in the fun and show our appreciation for the towns being so welcoming to NuMark since its acquisition of Pioneer State Bank in 2023.
