NuMark Credit Union Announces the Newest President’s Club and Rookie of the Year Inductees

NuMark Credit Union announces the three newest inductees into their President’s Club. Congratulations to Financial Service Representative, Lisa Bruton, Operations Support, Tracy Szendzial and Crest Hill Branch Manager, Brittany Doran. Mateo Munoz, Call Center Representative, was also received the Rookie of the Year Award.

Lisa Bruton has been a part of the NuMark family for nineteen years. She has extensive knowledge that allows her to service our members the way that they need. President and CEO of NuMark Credit Union, Ann Dubie states, “Lisa has a following of members who look to her for their lending needs. She also makes sure that members understand how they can protect their loans through our Credit Life and Disability products, as well as Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) insurance. These products are critical when the unexpected happens and help our members when they need it most.”

Tracy Szendzial has been a part of the Accounting Department for six years. She is on top of anything that has to do with our Debit and Credit cards. Her contagious smile and cheerful personality characterizes the culture of their Joliet branch. When asked about Tracy, Dubie says, “Tracy has been an integral part of leading our staff in serving members through our credit card program. She helps to coordinate staff training and regularly encourages staff to foster member relationships. Her care and dedication truly makes a difference.”

Brittany Doran has been the Branch Manager for NuMark’s Crest Hill location for about two years. Whether you are in the Crest Hill branch or out in the community, you can count on seeing Brittany. Her involvement in the community is unmatched and she positively represents NuMark wherever she goes. “In Brittany’s short time with us, she has helped to instill a high level of teamwork and cooperation with our Crest Hill staff,” says Dubie. “Her focus is working as a team to serve our members while treating them like family. She has inspired our staff to deepen member relationships, so more members can benefit from using our products and services.”

In addition to selecting President’s Club members, NuMark Credit Union awards one of its newest team members with the “Rookie of the Year” award. This award goes to the employee that has been with NuMark less than one year and is noted for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the team. Mateo Munoz is one of NuMark’s Call Center Representative and was this year’s recipient. Dubie says, “Mateo has been with NuMark less than a year, but he is already an important part of our NuMark family. Mateo eagerly helps members and his enthusiasm is contagious. He is one of our bilingual employees, so he can answer member questions and solve concerns quickly.”

These NuMark Credit Union team members were chosen for their hard work, dedication and outstanding service to the members of NuMark Credit Union. Credit Unions are owned and operated by their members, the very people they serve. The philosophy of “people helping people” is the heart of the credit union movement.
