It's Almost Here: NuMark's New Online & Mobile Banking Platform

Starting August 19^th, NuMark members will be able to use our new online and mobile banking platform, powered by Alkami. This new digital banking experience will offer all the features you’ve come to expect, plus a variety of helpful, new and improved features we’re excited to share with you.

Fantastic Financial Wellness Tools

Our new app will give you access to a wide range of tools and resources to help you along your journey to financial wellness.

Chimney is a great tool for homeowners:

• You’ll be able to track the value of your home without needing to visit a third-party website.
• This tool provides actionable advice regarding selling or buying a home, such as insights into your home equity and borrowing power.

 SavvyMoney for financial tools and education:

• Gives you access to your credit score in real-time and provides helpful tips for how to improve it, if needed.
• Provides financial education resources to explore, and you can use it to estimate how your credit score might change if you’ve paid off your mortgage or are considering taking on a new loan.

But Wait, There’s More!

On top of our financial wellness tools, the platform has other awesome features to make your banking experience easier, such as an account aggregation tool:

• You can link your external accounts outside of NuMark, so you can see your whole financial picture in one place
• Having all your accounts in one place will make transferring funds from one of your linked accounts to your NuMark account faster and simpler.

Our new digital banking experience will also give users expanded card controls:

• Turn on real-time alerts, set spending limits, and even turn cards on and off all from the app!
• Automatically update the card you have on file for recurring payments and subscriptions whenever you get a new card, so you don’t have to worry about putting your new number in every time you shop online or pay a bill.

Coming Soon: Send Money with Ease!

We know many members have been missing Zelle®, so we’re elated to say that you won’t be missing it much longer! Within a few weeks after our new banking platform goes live, you will be able to easily transfer funds from your NuMark account to other Zelle® users. If your friends or family members are not Zelle® users, never fear! Our NuPay transfer tool will allow you to send funds to friends and family, and they can choose how to receive the funds, including Venmo, PayPal or their debit card.
