Our NuMark branches will be CLOSED on Thursday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth. We will reopen for normal business hours on Friday, June 20th.
On Sunday June 22nd, our systems will be offline from 12:00 AM until 6:00 AM CT. During this time, online/mobile banking and audio response will be unavailable. Debit cards will also be in stand-in mode with stand-in limits. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
Childcare Tax Credit Error
There was an issue reported from the United States Treasury Department stating that an estimated 15% of families who receive funds via direct deposit in July will receive a paper check in the mail for August due to a technical error. It is said that this error will be resolved by September.
If you are one that did not receive your ACH deposit, please visit https://www.irs.gov/credits-deductions/child-tax-credit-update-portal.
