Changes to Zelle®

Zelle^® recently announced that as of March 31, 2025, current users of the app will no longer be able to transfer money through the Zelle^® app, and only through banks and credit unions that are enrolled to offer Zelle^® through their mobile banking. 

We understand that as a Zelle^® user and NuMark member, this is an inconvenience. Please know that we are currently in the process of making Zelle^® available through our mobile app, and it should be up and running in August 2025. 

In the meantime, you are still able to make transfers through the NuMark mobile banking app by setting
up a transfer account through Bill Pay. In order to do so, you must first be enrolled in Bill Pay. Then, you
will be able to follow the steps below to create a transfer account. It only takes a few minutes to set up,
and then it is available whenever you need it:

1. Once you’ve logged into the NuMark mobile app, click on the “Bill Pay” icon at the bottom of the screen. From the dropdown menu, select “Transfers” and click the “+ Account” button
2. Answer one of your challenge phrases set up during registration
3. Enter an account nickname, the account number & routing number
4. Confirm account number by re-entering
5. Enter NuMark member’s email address
6. Click next, then accept terms and conditions & review information before submitting account
7. Click “Activate Account Now” button, select preferred delivery method for the activation code, and click “Request Code Now”
8. Enter 4-digit code and select “Finish”
