What Is the Member Bonus?

The Member Bonus is a one-time appreciation payout to eligible members, tied to their participation in NuRewards, NuMark Credit Union’s membership rewards program. NuRewards recognizes members for using multiple NuMark products and services. The more engagement a member has, the more points and benefits they earn.

This bonus is a way for NuMark to thank members for their loyalty and relationship depth.

Member Bonus Eligibility Criteria

• Eligibility was determined by reviewing NuRewards points earned over the last six months of 2025. All eligibility data was pulled as of December 31, 2025.
• The member’s NuRewards points were averaged across that six-month period to determine the payout tier.
• NuRewards points are based on the products and services a member has with NuMark, such as checking, loans, e-statements, and debit card usage.

Members did not need to enroll separately. Participation in NuRewards automatically qualified them for consideration.

400-499	$25
500-799	$75
800+	$125

Payout Timing and Account Posting

• Payout Date: Friday, February 13
• The bonus will be deposited into:
  • The member’s Prime Share, or
  • The first available share if a Prime Share is not available
• Members who have closed all accounts prior to the payout date will forfeit the bonus.

How Members Will See the Bonus

• The deposit will appear on the February statement (which will be mailed/emailed the first week in March)

  • Comment: Thank you for choosing NuMark!
• Members with a valid/active email address will receive an email from NuMark showing the bonus amount awarded
• Members who are enrolled in Online/Mobile banking will see an ad displayed on their dashboard which indicates how much they have received
• Members will also receive a Member Bonus letter from NuMark acknowledging and celebrating the bonus
