Important Alert – Debit Card Delivery Delays
We sincerely apologize for debit card delivery delays. We know that having your debit card in hand is important, and we are working to get it to you as quickly as possible. One of the largest card producers in the country had a critical equipment failure that is delaying the production and shipment of cards. This is impacting hundreds of financial institutions, with card orders taking 30 days or more to be fulfilled and delivered. Our NuMark Family deserves better, so we took action.
Yesterday, NuMark received approval to produce these cards in-house. Our Cards Services team is actively pulling card orders and creating and shipping the cards. Our team is starting with the oldest orders and working forward. This is a manual, time-consuming process, but much faster than waiting for standard production times, or even rush deliveries.

As an alternative, we can issue a pre-paid Travel Money Card on the spot at any branch location. We will waive the issuance fee, so you can get a card in your hands until your NuMark Visa Debit Card arrives in the mail. To find your nearest location, please visit numarkcu.org.
