A touch-tone phone and a personal identification number (PIN) are all you need to take care of credit union business any time of the day or night using our Audio Response network.
This system gives our members specific instructions on how to complete
the desired transactions, such as:
- transfer funds
- check balances
- verify deposits and check clearings
- transfer loan payments
- get information on current interest rates
- calculate monthly payments & finance charges for a prospective loan
Members can also request their account be set up to allow them to transfer funds to another member's account, such as a family member.
