BILL PAY IS BEING UPGRADED
Soon you will have access to an easier, faster and more convenient way to pay bills. If you are a current bill pay user your online bill pay account
will be automatically upgraded.
PRIOR TO THE UPGRADE, CURRENT BILL PAY USERS WILL WANT TO:
Print out your payment history to keep as a reference just in case some of your payment information doesn’t transfer over to your upgraded account.
***PLEASE NOTE: payments will not be able to be scheduled between 2/24/2021 and 3/1/2021 during our system conversion. Rest assured that any existing payments will process as scheduled during this time frame; however, no edits will be able to be made from 2/24/2021 to 3/1/2021.***
AFTER THE AUTOMATIC UPGRADE, YOU’LL NEED TO:
- Verify your payee names, addresses and account numbers are correct. This will help avoid disruptions to your scheduled payments.
- Set up new eBills for your payees. With eBill you can view, pay and track bills online.
- Try the Pay-a-Person feature. It lets you send money to anyone with just a few clicks.
