We refinanced our home with NuMark Credit Union and worked with Miranda Castillo as our mortgage processor. Since we were out of state, she was awesome to work with – she answered emails and calls right away and helped explain the entire process to us in regards to our options for the loan itself, interest rate, and closing costs.
