First-Time Home Buyer Seminar

This free seminar will help you gain skills for a successful navigation through the home buying process and it is a great resource for those who are in the market to purchase their first home, but don’t know where to start. It will take place from 6:00pm to 9:00pm on the following dates at NuMark Credit Union locations:
- Tuesday, March 10th at our Tinley Park branch- 8001 W. 159th Street
- Tuesday, March 17th at our Countryside branch – 9809 W. 55th Street
- Tuesday, March 24th at our Crest Hill branch- 2380 Caton Farm Road
Home buyers could save thousands of dollars by attending one of these free seminars. Our panel of local professionals will answer your questions about inspecting, purchasing and closing on your first home. The panel will include a real estate agent, home appraiser, home inspector, representative from the title company and NuMark Credit Union’s, Harry Stewart.
NuMark Credit Union mortgage staff will be available to pre-qualify people if they so desire. Those looking to pre-qualify will need to bring the last three months of bank statements, the last two years of federal tax returns with W-2’s and the last 30 days of pay stubs. Participants will also receive a free mortgage appraisal coupon for attending.
